Power·to·Practice
Protocol & Support

No new machine.
No new room.
No new skill to learn.

MonaLisa is applied topically during the needling pass your clinic already runs. The support around it is not about teaching a treatment — it is the paperwork, the documentation and a person who picks up the phone.

01 — What every stockist gets

Three things, and we actually send all three.

01

How it runs in the room

There is no technique to learn. MonaLisa is applied topically as the glide during the needling pass your clinic already runs — same room, same minutes, same therapist. What you get is the manufacturer's documentation and a walkthrough with whoever will be holding the pen.

  • Manufacturer IFU and full ingredient list
  • Suitability and patch-testing guidance
  • Walkthrough call with your operators
  • A written record of that call for your training file
02

A person, not a ticket

You get a name, a mobile and an email. Questions about handling, storage, a batch, a delivery or a patient response go to a human who answers. We are small enough that this is a promise we can actually keep.

  • Named contact from your first order
  • Onboarding video call for your team, booked when you want it
  • Documented pathway for reporting any adverse event
  • Reorders placed from your dashboard, not by email tag
03

Documentation that stands up

Every stockist gets the regulatory file. Not a marketing PDF — the actual paperwork you would hand an auditor who asks why a cosmetic product is in your treatment room.

  • Batch certification and certificate of analysis
  • Written classification statement and its reasoning
  • Concentration published for every batch
  • Australian stock, Australian invoice, Australian supplier

What we don't offer, so nobody is surprised later: there is no loaner programme, no on-site technician, no annual conference and no CPD tracking platform. MonaLisa is a consumable, not a capital device — there is no install and nothing to service. We would rather tell you that now than put it on a page.

02 — From approval to first patient

Treating inside
a fortnight.

There is no install, no commissioning and no downtime. The only real work is deciding how you price it and what you say in the consult — and we bring both to the onboarding call.

  1. 01
    Day 0
    Account approved

We review every application by hand. Once approved, your pricing is live in your dashboard and your named contact introduces themselves.

  2. 02
    Day 1–3
    First order despatched

Held in Australian stock. The IFU, batch certification and classification statement travel with it.

  3. 03
    Week 1
    Team onboarding call

A video call with whoever will be running it — handling, storage and where it sits in the pass. Half an hour, not a course.

  4. 04
    Week 2–3
    First patients

You run it in the appointment you already sell. Same room, same minutes, same therapist. We check in after the first few.

  5. 05
    Ongoing
    Reorder and refine

Reorder from your dashboard in about fifteen seconds. Your rate improves as your volume does, automatically.

Keep a training file. It is the cheapest insurance you will buy.

Everyone who takes the onboarding call gets a dated record of it and a signed acknowledgment of the handling instructions. Keep them with your IFUs and batch certificates. If your clinical governance, insurer or an auditor ever asks why a cosmetic product is in your treatment room, that folder is the answer — and it takes five minutes to maintain.

Read the classification statement — how MonaLisa PN 30 and PH are classified in Australia and why.

we'll book the call.
