Power·to·Practice

For new clinics and growing teams

Plan the clinic around the work you want to do.

A device price is only one line in a clinic launch. Build the equipment, people, premises, training, support and cash-flow plan together before you commit.

A five-part pathway

From treatment idea to a written proposal.

01

Choose the treatment scope

Start with the services you plan to offer, then identify the handpieces and accessories needed to support that menu.

02

Map the people

Record each operator’s role, experience and intended modules so onboarding can be scoped before purchase.

03

Check the site

Confirm the delivery address, room, electrical requirements, access, insurance and state obligations.

04

Compare access

Request outright purchase, managed rental or rent-to-own terms as a private proposal for your clinic.

05

Verify support

Put the trainer, service route, parts arrangements, warranty scope and demonstration in writing before payment.

Opening and ongoing costs

Established clinic

Verify before purchase.

Request a demonstration and a proposal naming the selling entity, ABN, warranty provider, service route and configuration-specific parts arrangements.

New independent practice

Build the complete opening budget.

Use the checklist above, then compare private outright, managed rental and rent-to-own terms around your opening date and cash flow.

Expanding dermal clinic

Add capability with a plan.

Map intended treatments to operator prerequisites, module-specific onboarding and a state-confirmed trainer and service pathway.

This planning guide does not determine professional scope, competency or licensing. Those requirements must be confirmed for the operator, intended treatments and state.
